SPB Physiotherapy College started its journey in the year 2005 with the aim of providing education to students and empowering them so that they can be financially independent, socially conscious, morally upright and emotionally balanced. We started with 30 seats of Bachelor of Physiotherapy and now the intake capacity is 118 for Bachelor of Physiotherapy and 21 for Master of Physiotherapy. Our vision is to produce conscientious, confident citizens of India who will go out into the world and make us proud. Discipline, values, and integrity are the foundation of this institution. The College through its continuous up-gradation is endeavoring to become a ‘continuous education centre, where new knowledge pertaining to the field is generated on a regular basis. We have an experienced as well as efficient management who provides a safe and supportive environment for the students which helps them to have a perfect balance of academic, sports, artistic and social opportunities. It is because of constant support and efforts of the Management that the college can excel in every aspect. In the field of academics, with a very strong, dedicated, skilled and competent team of professors who became the driving force in the overall growth and development of the students. The faculty members are encouraged to take up clinical studies and research projects in their relevant subjects in order to contribute by documenting scientific evidences, re-validation of the concepts in accordance with modern technology. We expect that our students grow into articulate, probing, caring and courteous physiotherapists, who can express their views cogently and to listen well to others, which reflect not only their professionally sound knowledge but moral & ethical values. Our college has a state of art infrastructure with highly equipped classrooms, laboratories pertaining to anatomy, physiology, electro-diagnosis, library having huge number of text and reference books, medical journals, newspapers, periodicals, research works etc. As a principal, I am proud to lead our institutional commitment to improve the health care of people through excellence in para-medical education, research, and patient care.
